Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the VaultX password management services operated by VaultX Security Solutions Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Service
VaultX provides password management services including secure password storage, generation, and autofill across multiple devices. Our services are designed to help users manage their digital credentials securely.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to restricting access to your computer and/or account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Some features of our service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
5. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for a limited period. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.
6. Cancellation and Refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
7. Intellectual Property
The VaultX service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by VaultX Security Solutions Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VaultX Security Solutions Ltd., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
